B) Quality issue – Of fresh Fruit and Vegetable, Meat & Fish or perishable goods. Same product exchange or Credit note within given period of time.
C) Not like or mistakenly purchased – Exchange or credit note will be issued within given period of time for the non-perishable goods.
D) Specific and special goods -Quality issue if warranty or guaranty given by brand than Matasha Grocery and merchant wont responsible for same.

Non food – Within 3 days in case of damage, broken, faulty, leaking and different from ordered one.
Package food – Within 3 days in case of damage, broken, faulty, leaking and different from ordered one.
Chilled & Frozen – Within 3 days in case of damage, broken, faulty, leaking and different from ordered one. Raise query within 24hr.
Cake & loose species – No exchange once order accepted. Please check your order before accepting. Only return in case of different from ordered one, damage, broken, faulty, leaking and different from ordered one. Raise query within 24hr.
