Q. What is Matasha Grocery all about?

Matasha Grocery basically bring your daily required essentials and groceries from nearest merchant. Our majorly merchant are Kiranas, Meat & Fish, Dairy, cake shops, special spices and masala shop, cosmetics, monthly groceries etc.

Q. Why do I download Matasha Grocery ?

As we bring product from your nearest merchant, its help you to get your delivery quick and fresh. Even as the merchant is from your nearest location, could help you to make trust and better service.

Q. Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Matashagrocery?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Q. Can I add more then one delivery account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses. However, you have to choose single address for single delivery check out. If you want to delivery on another adress than you have to place order one more time.

Q. What is my account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at matashagrocery.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

Q. How do I know if any item is not available with merchant?

We will send sms to your registered mobile no if any product is not available. Same you can see on order panel and notification. Refund will get initiated from our end within 24 to 48 hrs.

Q. Can I order any alternate product in case of un avaibility with merchant?

In case of non avaibility of any product, merchant will send you alternative product only if you tick on alternative column in checkout. You can return same if you not like at the time of delivery as well. Also you can reject on order status panel with given period of time and before dispatch from merchant. Merchant will suggest on order or send product in nearly same price ( 2-4 rs variance )

Q. What is refund-return policy?

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. Return Policy - Time Limits: 1. Perishable goods: Within 48 hours from the delivery date 2. Other goods: Within 7 days from the delivery date.

This may delivered by self merchant 3 - Easy Delivery – This type of delivery provide service within 24hr. This type of delivery option help to save your delivery charges than other options. This may delivered by self merchant 4. Take Away –This type of option is for self picking by user which user pre order on app or website.

Q. What is the minimum order value to avail free delivery?

Ans. Minimum order for Free delivery in varies from merchant to merchant according to their presence and type of business. We may introduce subscription module or may have standard scheme for free delivery in future.

Q. How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

Ans. You will receive a sms or notification on application. Our merchant will co ordinate for alternative product in case of un avaibility of any stock.

Q. How What is alternative option on checkout?

Ans. If any stock is un available with merchant then he can send alternative product within same amount.

Q. Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

Ans. Yes, you can opt for a later slot of delivery before the order is shipped from our end.

Q. What are the modes of payment?

Ans. You can pay for your order in cash on delivery to the executive delivering the order. Or you can pay on the time of check out on website using Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm, Gpay or netbanking

Q. What all taxes in addition to the price shown? Is GST added to the invoice?

Ans. The GST is included in the selling price shown on the portal. There are no additional charges or taxes added.
