1. you can change, cancel, partially cancel your order until delivery process not initiate by us or merchant.
2. You can reject product while delivery only case of damage, wrong product sent against invoice, wrong delivery sent against invoice, broken, leaked or any manufacturing defect.
3. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. Cancellation of Order can't be done/accepted once the products under your order is released for dispatch/ shipped out from our delivery location.
4. You can cancel order by visiting your current order status.
5. You can cancel order if the status show not initiate.
